Hayley Dexis has an exciting opportunity available for a Pricing Analyst in our busy Strategic Contracts Team based at our Oldbury offices. Hayley Dexis is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables (hydraulics, bearings, fasteners, fluid power, PPE, tools, lubricants etc) in the UK. About the Pricing Analyst role

The Pricing Analyst role essentially supports the work winning process providing accurate pricing information for bids, tenders and presentations. The role sits within the Bids and Tender Team and typical activities include:

  • Providing pricing support for the entire process of the tenders that you are working on.
  • Obtaining pricing from different product categories and project tracking.
  • Updating shared spaces to ensure deadlines progress and deadlines are tracked.
  • Excellent communication across the team as well as back and forth with the customer.
  • Updating customer portals and providing support for e-catalogues, systems and pricing to reflect accurate pricing and information.
  • Supporting with MI and KPI data to provide the current picture, drive proactivity and identify trends.

The ideal candidate will have great product knowledge ideally from the MRO sector, have excellent project management and time management skills, and is hot on providing accurate and timely information. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite of products is a must.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week.
