We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic Envoy Driver to support the busy Rail team at our branch in Oldbury. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.
About the Envoy Driver role:
As our Envoy Driver you will support and manage our local customer base, ensuring that the onsite vending machines are fully stocked and maintained. The role will require you to commute to multiple sites, where you will be able to build strong relationships with our customers and develop your product knowledge. A vehicle will be provided during working hours. A typical working day will see you starting at our Oldbury branch, picking and counting the relevant stock (PPE, tools, consumables, etc), and then driving out to multiple customer sites to replenish vending machine and consignment stock. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday you will cover the Newport, Bristol and Cardiff areas, and on Tuesday and Thursday you will cover Birmingham. This role also involves ordering in new stock so good IT skills are a must.
What we’re looking for in our Envoy Driver:
- Valid UK driving license - essential
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own
- Good communication skills
- Experience of working in a similar warehouse environment would be beneficial
