Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:00 – 17:00, 1hr lunch

Working as part of the team, you will be responsible for assembling hydraulic and industrial hoses to customer specifications, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring high standards of quality throughout the production process.

About the Hose Assembler role:

As a Hose Assembler, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are produced accurately and efficiently. Day-to-day, you'll be involved in cutting, ending and crimping hoses to specification, as well as coiling finished products ready for dispatch. You'll also be responsible for picking the correct hoses and fittings for orders, ensuring all components are assembled to a high standard and meet customer requirements. Alongside assembly duties, you'll help maintain accurate stock levels by carrying out regular hose stock counts and updating inventory records using basic computer systems. You'll work closely with colleagues to keep the workshop organised, safe and running smoothly, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail in everything you do.
