Hayley Dexis is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Early Careers Business Partner to join our busy HR Department based in Halesowen. Hayley Dexis is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables in the UK. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients across various industries. We are searching for an Early Careers Business Partner to take full ownership of our Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes. This is a high-impact role with a huge opportunity to shape the future of our talent pipeline - creating meaningful development journeys, strengthening succession planning, and building capability across the business. Location: Halesowen, West Midlands (Full-time, office-based with regular national travel) Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading our early careers programmes end to end - from design and development through to delivery.
  • Supporting the execution of our early careers strategy and acting as the Hayley DEXIS subject-matter expert on early career pathways and education routes.
  • Providing guidance, mentorship and support to apprentices, graduates and early career talent as they grow within the business.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with training providers, universities, colleges and external partners.
  • Managing the full early careers recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, job postings, candidate coordination, offers and onboarding - using our own ATS.
  • Championing continuous improvement in how we attract, develop and retain emerging talent.
  • Partnering with leaders to embed early career talent effectively across teams.
  • Supporting managers with onboarding, development, performance and progression of early career employees.
  • Aligning programme design to business goals and future capability needs.
  • Ensuring all programmes are inclusive, high quality and deliver exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
  • Using insight and data to assess programme effectiveness and drive evidence-based improvement.
  • Managing the Apprenticeship Levy to maximise impact and ensure full compliance with relevant frameworks and agencies.
