We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a brand-new Project Administrator based in Derby.
About the role:
The Project Administrator is a brand-new role due to growth of a customer account in the Defence sector. Reporting to the Project Engineer, we’re looking for someone who has excellent administrative experience, highly organised with the ability to communicate across a range of stakeholder groups. You’ll be hot on using a range of systems along with Excel and other Microsoft 360 suite of products. The ideal candidate will love getting into the detail and be able to prioritise effectively. We’re looking for someone who is a fast learner and who goes the extra mile for the customer. Experience working with engineering consumables and critical spares is preferred (but not essential) along with a background from a similar industry; manufacturing, machinery engineering or MRO.
What we’re looking for in our Projects Administrator:
- Experienced Administrator
- Excellent project management skills; highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong communications skills.
- Confident in approach.
- Highly articulate and strong attention to detail
- Goes the extra mile for the customer
