What we’re looking for in our Field Trainer:
- Solid experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics
- A background in engineering, maintenance, or a hands‑on technical role
- Experience sharing knowledge or training others (whether formally or on the job)
- Good at fault‑finding and diagnosing issues
- Able to break down the technical stuff and explain it in a clear, simple way
