About The External Salesperson Role
You’ll be our full-time salesperson based from the Stoke Branch. You will be on the road across the geography, dealing with existing customers, leveraging upselling opportunities and targeting new customers. Our existing customer base covers a diverse range of sectors from agriculture, food, quarries, bespoke and independent businesses.
You should have prior experience in sales, ideally with some crossover to engineering or manufacturing background, and be comfortable approaching customers, knocking on doors and thriving off making the smallest to largest sales. Drive, enthusiasm, perseverance and persistence are the core qualities we are looking for, and we will consider a range of different experience levels.
Working Hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; 8am – 5:30pm (flexible). No Saturday working hours. Call‑out rota: one week in eight.

- A high level of motivation and enthusiasm to drive sales.
- Good systems knowledge and IT skills.
- Prior external sales experience preferred.
- Confident communicator – not afraid to cold call across industry.
