We are seeking a commercially minded Internal Legal Counsel to join our growing business. This role will provide pragmatic and solutions-focused legal support across the organisation, with a particular emphasis on the review, drafting, negotiation, and management of commercial contracts. Working closely with internal stakeholders including our Branch and Regional Managers, Sales, Procurement, Commercial, Operations, and Project Teams, you will play a key role in minimising legal risk whilst supporting the delivery of business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer who enjoys partnering with the business and providing practical legal advice within a dynamic engineering environment. You will be the type of person who enjoys working on an autonomous basis , you be able to pick up a multitute of things and balance multiple priorites, you wont be afraid to get stuck in and love being in the detail of things like risk registers and commercial contract review processes. This is an excellent opportunity where output is measured by your engagement of stakeholders, timely completion of work and successful contract negotiations.
