Hayley Dexis has an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join our well-established team based at our branch in Seaham. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

About the role
- Respond to incoming enquiries and customer queries.
- Process orders and prepare accurate quotations.
- Serve as the face of the trade counter and provide expert knowledge to walk-in customers.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and add value to sales.
Working hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 with 1 hour lunch.
What we’re looking for in our Internal Sales Executive
- Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is ideal; full training will be provided.
- Prior internal sales experience or experience in a customer service/administrative environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
