About the role
We are looking for an Internal Salesperson within our UK Trade and Export Team in Halesowen. You'll respond to incoming enquiries, customer queries and process orders. Expect to be on the phone and work with a high volume of customers and branch network. You’ll proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and look for opportunities to upsell and add value.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming enquiries and customer queries.

- Follow up on outstanding customer enquiries.
- Upsell and add value to customers.
- Work with a high volume of customers and branch network.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is essential.
- Prior internal sales experience or experience within a customer service/administrative environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Background in engineering or manufacturing.
