Hayley Dexis is seeking a Fluid Power Trainer to develop the skills of our workforce across the UK. You will lead classroom, workshop and on-site sessions, blending theory with hands-on practice to build confidence and capability.
Working with Engineering, Operations and HR, you will diagnose training needs, design solutions and ensure learning remains safe, compliant, and up-to-date with industry standards. A strong safety culture is central to this role.
