As we enter an exciting period of growth our 1300 people doing things the “Hayley Way” and delivering industry leading customer service are central to our success We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a Fluid Power Trainer.  About the role: As our Fluid Power Trainer, you'll play a key role in developing the skills and confidence of our workforce, delivering dynamic and engaging training that combines technical theory with hands-on practical application.  You'll lead a variety of classroom, workshop, and on-site training sessions, tailoring your approach to suit learners of all experience levels and helping them build the knowledge and competence needed to excel in their roles.  Working closely with Engineering, Operations, and HR teams, you'll identify skills gaps and design training solutions that support both individual development and business performance. You'll stay at the forefront of industry best practice, ensuring all training remains relevant, compliant, and aligned with the latest standards.  Above all, you'll champion a strong safety culture, embedding health, safety, and compliance requirements into every aspect of the learning experience.
