We're excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a Field Trainer with fluid power expertise to make a real impact supporting the West Midlands region.
About the role:
We are looking for an engaging and collaborative trainer to deliver high-quality learning on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You'll combine classroom, workshop, and on-site training to create a dynamic learning experience, adapting your approach to suit a range of learners and skill levels.
Working closely with engineering, operations, and HR teams, you'll play a key role in identifying and addressing skills gaps, supporting learner development, and ensuring training meets industry standards. You'll also champion a strong safety-first culture, ensuring all training is fully compliant and aligned with best practice.
What we're looking for in our Field Trainer:
• Solid experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics
• A background in engineering, maintenance, or a hands-on technical role
• Experience sharing knowledge or training others (whether formally or on the job)
• Good at fault-finding and diagnosing issues
• Able to break down the technical stuff and explain it in a clear, simple way
