HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for an External Sales person to join our well-established and expanding team based at our branch in Worcester.

About the role:

As our External Sales person you will be responsible for developing new and existing customers with added value solutions and services. Full training will be provided if required.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week

Key responsibilities as our External Sales person will include:

• Visiting & building relationships with new & existing customers.
• Developing new & existing customers with added value solutions & services.
• Planning & prioritising sales activities ensuring prompt responses.
• Collaborating with your sales team on a day-to-day basis with customer requirements and enquiries.
• Presenting results, trends and analysis to senior sales team.
• Following a monthly call plan and producing daily call reports.

Skills we\’re looking for in our External Sales person:

• Experience of working in the MRO sector or an engineering/sales environment would be an advantage, although full inhouse training will be provided
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Strong attention to detail and driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Problem solving.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Proven track record in sales would be ideal, although consideration will be given to candidates looking to make a step into the sales profession – full training will be provided.
