Job Type: Permanent/Fixed‑Term Contract. Location: West London. Hours: 40 hours per week.
About the Role
The Logistics Supervisor leads a team of Envoy Drivers, oversees day‑to‑day logistics operations, plans delivery routes, and ensures customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. This hands‑on role is based across West London and requires early start from 5/6 am, typically working an 8‑hour day. You will be the primary point of contact for the Envoy team, provide operational support, make key decisions and maintain exceptional service levels across multiple customer sites.
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge in the MRO space or similar industry to what we do, along with the products that we sell, although crossover experience will be considered.
- A high level of motivation and enthusiasm.
- Able to work independently and have excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of logistics arrangements / delivery routing.
- Customer focused.
- Good level of health and safety knowledge.
- Good systems knowledge and IT skills.
- Confident communicator.
