Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices and ensuring they’re accurately recorded
- Assisting with sales invoicing and credit control activities
- Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring transactions
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Handling supplier queries and building strong working relationships
- Assisting with general finance admin and ad hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role
- AAT/ICB qualified or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial systems (e.g. Excel, accounting software)
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
