Haygrove School is seeking an empathetic Wellbeing Support Practitioner to join our Wellbeing provision under the SENDCo and SEMHCo. You will deliver personalised support for students with SEND, disabilities or learning difficulties, offering one-to-one and small-group sessions.
You will help students manage social and emotional challenges, foster resilience and positive behaviour, and contribute to a calm, inclusive school environment where every pupil can thrive.
