We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our London team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Partnering with senior leaders across the business, you will provide strategic and operational HR support within a fast-paced investment management environment. This is a broad, high-impact role covering organisational effectiveness, talent, workforce planning, employee relations and performance. You will play a key role in enabling high performance, supporting growth, and shaping culture across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives
- Lead workforce planning and oversee recruitment activity for designated areas
- Drive talent and succession planning, identifying capability gaps and retention risks
- Advise on organisational design, change initiatives and leadership effectiveness
- Manage complex employee relations matters with sound commercial judgement
- Support performance and compensation cycles in partnership with Reward
- Use people data and engagement insights to inform decisionâmaking and drive action
Qualifications
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within Financial Services (investment management preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and FCA/SMCR requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- 'Hands on' experience leading recruitment campaigns and workforce planning
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into insight
- Confident managing complex ER cases
- Experience partnering with European teams or working within a mid-sized, highâperformance organisation is advantageous
