Hayfin is hiring a Head of Legal Operations to build and lead a new function that strengthens how Legal integrates across the business: supporting the continued growth, scale and institutionalisation of the platform. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you'll design a legal operating model, improve cross‑functional processes, and free up senior legal capacity by driving efficiency, data discipline and smarter use of technology.
What You’ll Do
- Build and embed a practical legal operations framework that supports consistent, predictable delivery across the legal function.
- Oversee legal spend and vendor relationships, ensuring clear scoping, value for money and reliable cost management.
- Work with Finance, HR, Partner Solutions and investment teams to streamline end‑to‑end workflows and remove operational friction.
- Create and maintain standardised processes and documentation that support clarity, accountability and repeatable execution.
- Set the approach for legal data governance and shape a technology roadmap that meets the needs of legal and its partner functions.
- Lead and develop the Legal Operations team, acting as a collaborative and trusted partner across the firm.
