We are seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive legal services to individuals across the region. Hours: Full-time / Part Time Considered Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2-3 days in office Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of private client matters, including Wills and Estate Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration. Trusts and Inheritance Planning, Deputyships, Elderly Client Affairs. Manage and develop a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring a high level of client care and legal expertise. Stay informed of changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing up-to-date advice to clients Participate in business development activities to promote the firm and expand the private client department, including attending networking events, developing referral relationships, and providing content for legal articles. Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales. Minimum 1 year of PQE experience in private client, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
