We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling complex litigation cases, excellent advocacy skills, and a thorough understanding of current legal practices and procedures. This role requires someone who can work collaboratively within a team, has a client-focused approach, excellent communication and negotiation skills and has a solution-focused mindset.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time / Part Time Considered
Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2-3 days in office
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse range of litigation cases, including employment, commercial, civil, and property disputes.
- Advising clients on all aspects of the litigation process, including pre-action advice, mediation, negotiation, and court proceedings.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including statements of case, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation, delivering exceptional legal counsel and advocacy.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and providing tailored legal advice and solutions.
- Staying up to date with changes in legislation and legal procedures to provide accurate and practical advice.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across our five offices to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales.
- Minimum 1 year of PQE experience in litigation, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
- Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of litigation procedures, rules, and regulations.
