Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family & Private Children’s Law Solicitor to join our esteemed legal team. The successful candidate will possess expertise in family law, with a focus on child-related cases, to provide high-quality legal advice and representation. This role requires someone who is client-focused, empathetic, and skilled at navigating sensitive matters. Location : Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, King’s Lynn, or Swaffham Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time / Part Time Considered Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2-3 days in office Key Responsibilities : Manage a diverse caseload of family and private children law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, adoption, and guardianship. Provide clear, practical, and tailored legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are upheld. Represent clients in court and liaise effectively with barristers, court officials, and other legal professionals.
