Spring Trust is seeking an Inclusion Lead with SEND for a fixed-term maternity cover at a three-form entry school. The role centers on leading SEN provision, developing teaching and learning, and improving outcomes for vulnerable groups.
You will work with teachers and TAs, develop the school provision map, analyse data, manage Teaching Assistants, and contribute to CPD and the School Development Plan. A National SENCO Award or willingness to complete it is preferred.
