Vacancy: Part Time Admin Officer (2 Days)

Contract: Permanent

Grade: TSPT 5 (point 13 - 17)

Hours: 14 hours a week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus insets)

  • Monday 8:15am - 3:45pm with 30-minute unpaid break
  • Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm with 30-minutes unpaid break

Salary: £7,476 - £7,929 per annum (FTE Salary £25,703 to £27,261 per annum)

Start date: 28th September 2026

We are looking for a highly effective, organised and efficient Administration Officer to join our busy School Office team who provide a full administration service to the school. The ideal candidate will be able to support the smooth running of the whole school administration service and be the first point of contact for parents/carers and visitors to the school. Be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school. You should be able to utilise manual and computerised record/information systems e.g., Management Information System and support with admissions.
