In this vital role, you won't just manage paperwork—you will be a champion of our school ethos, ensuring parents, visitors, and pupils always experience a friendly, safe, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the School Reception, answer calls, handle parent communications via Teachers2Parents, and warmly welcome visitors.
- Take ownership of daily attendance registers, manage 'first‑day calling' by 10:00am, track staff absence in line with school policies, and update payroll.
- Maintain and update pupil records on SIMS, manage medical paperwork, draft school correspondence, and handle daily incoming/outgoing mail.
- Act as a gatekeeper for school safety by checking visitor IDs/DBS status, and utilising the Inventry sign‑in system.
- Work collaboratively with the Headteacher and SLT to support the school’s vision, values, and long‑term development.
