A highly regarded wealth management firm is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 4 qualified Adviser with CAS status and at least 2 years' advising experience who wants to inherit an established client bank while building long-term recurring income.
The successful adviser will inherit approximately 200 clients alongside £30m–£40m AUM, providing immediate earning potential and a strong foundation to grow from day one.

Package & Earnings
- Year 1 OTE: £60,000

- Many advisers earning £120,000+ within 5 years
The package includes both attractive initial advice fee bonuses and ongoing advice fee earnings, allowing advisers to build both immediate income and a growing recurring revenue stream over time. The bonus structure rewards advisers heavily for developing existing client relationships, generating referrals and writing new business.
