A highly regarded and growing wealth management firm in Birmingham is looking to recruit a Technical IFA Administrator / Junior Paraplanner to join its expanding team. This opportunity is ideally suited to a Level 4 qualified individual with experience within financial planning administration who is looking to take the next step towards a more technical position within a supportive and progressive environment. The Role
Working closely with experienced Advisers and Paraplanners, you will provide technical and administrative support across pensions, investments and protection business while gradually taking on more paraplanning responsibilities over time. Responsibilities will include:
- Processing and managing new business
- Preparing suitability report information and client review packs
- Conducting provider and product research
- Liaising with clients, providers and advisers
- Managing workflows and case progression
- Supporting the preparation of financial planning recommendations
