We’re working with a highly regarded financial planning firm in Bristol that is looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their friendly and collaborative team. The Role
You’ll be providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners, helping to ensure clients receive an outstanding service at every stage of their journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing new business and client documentation
- Liaising with providers, clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
- Supporting with valuations, illustrations and policy information
- General administration to support the advice process from start to finish
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an IFA Administrator
- Experience working within a financial planning / wealth management firm
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused attitude
