With a strong commitment to excellence and a collaborative culture, they are seeking an exceptional, antibody specialised Chief Scientific Officer to shape and accelerate their scientific strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining and executing the scientific vision, driving discovery and development of novel antibody-based therapeutics across a diverse pipeline.
- Leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Overseeing research and development programmes, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Representing the company externally at conferences, industry forums, and partner meetings, acting as a credible and influential scientific voice.
- Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate scientific, regulatory, and commercial priorities into a unified growth strategy.
You will bring to the role:
- A PhD (or equivalent) in molecular biology, immunology, protein engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive industry experience in antibody discovery and development, ideally spanning early research through IND-enabling studies.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing scientific teams, manage complex projects, and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong external presence and communication skills, with experience engaging partners, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders.
