We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Adviser. As a Sales Adviser at HAYBROOK Estate Agents in Crookes, you will receive:
- £25,000 basic salary

Your training will start with:
- One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
- Industry-leading training, including one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning from industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting business targets consistently
- Generating valuations through proactive outreach and using ROSIE software
- Fulfilling call-out campaigns and maintaining high standards
- Participating in daily meetings with updates on valuation pipeline
- Implementing structured canvassing strategies and tracking leads
- Engaging in regular coaching and business development discussions
- Managing portal opportunities and responding to leads promptly
- Using ROSIE to communicate with local customers and close valuation opportunities
- Generating referral business through excellent customer service
- Engaging in local prospecting activities, including social media and door knocking
- Handling inbound calls and fulfilling applicant registrations
- Seeking opportunities for online reviews to build reputation
