We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will bring extensive, hands‑on experience in private residential property management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, maximising asset value, and building strong tenant and stakeholder relationships. This role is suited to a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and consistently delivers outstanding results.

  • £28,800 to £33,500 OTE per year, consisting of £20,000‑£27,500 base salary and additional £6,000+ earnings expected through an uncapped commission scheme

  • Full‑time working hours: 08:30‑18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00‑17:00 (one Saturday in every four, with a day‑in‑lieu)

Training

  • Purpose‑built training location

Responsibilities

  • Book and conduct property inspections
  • Negotiate tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co‑ordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Process deposit returns
  • Resolve rental arrears
  • Process eviction requests
  • Ensure properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage complaints
  • Complete all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years’ previous experience in a Property Manager role
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • IT skills

Driving Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car; automatic‑only licences are not accepted at this time.

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration (Asylum and Nationality) Act 2006)
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK, e.g., passport or birth certificate
  • Proof of address
  • National Insurance number
