The predicted salary is between 18000 - 27500 £ per year.

As the Lettings Operations Associate, you will report to the Operations Manager and work alongside the Operations Co-Ordinator to help implement and deliver projects and strategic plans within defined timescales.

You will be task oriented, have an attention to detail, able to work remotely, at pace and both on your own initiative and under clear instruction from the Operations Manager/Director/Co-Ordinator. You will be motivated by task completion and seeing the positive results of your input on the wider business.

You will be able to build relationships quickly, be confident and curious and able to collaborate with others. You will be motivated and committed to perform to the best of your ability and put our customers and colleagues at the heart of everything you do.

  • Basic salary from £18000 to £27500 (dependant on experience)
  • £22,000-£31,500 OTE
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
