Haybrook College is seeking SUMMIT 1:1 Intervention Mentors for Millside SEMH Specialist School in Slough.
You will deliver targeted mentoring and individualised teaching to pupils who struggle to engage, on site, outdoors, and offsite, helping them to participate and progress.
Responsibilities include organising learning environments, preparing reports, supporting data collection on behaviour, attendance and achievement, transporting pupils to programmes, and supporting pupils with their needs.
