We're hiring an Operations & Product Manager at Haya Active. £40-55k | Manchester (hybrid)
Haya is modest activewear built for Muslim women. We exist because the gap was too big to ignore, women were layering men's tops just to feel covered at the gym. We're fixing that. We have 100+ SKUs, multiple suppliers, and a product pipeline that needs to run 12 months ahead. Right now, the founder is the system. This hire changes that.

Responsibilities:- Supplier relationships A-Z. Reorder points, POs, freight, 3PL, invoices, all of it.
- A 12-month NPD calendar that we actually execute against.
- Zero stockouts caused by poor planning.
- Product launches that happen on time.
- Commercial & financial understanding of margin & cashflow.
- You've done this before at a product brand — DTC apparel or FMCG ideally.
- You've owned supplier relationships, not just assisted someone who did.
- You find the problem before it becomes a crisis.
- 3-6 years in supply chain, ops, or NPD at a DTC or e-commerce brand (apparel/activewear preferred).
- You've had real conversations with suppliers, not just passed emails along.
- You have a system for tracking critical paths, samples, and reorder points.
- You can hold a timeline and push back when things slip.
