Hay Farms is a family run business producing chickens for major UK retailers with over 25 years experience in this area of agriculture. We are looking for a new member of staff to join our existing team in North Yorkshire.

No previous experience is necessary as our training programme is designed to take you from no knowledge to capable of running a farm within a year (and if you take a bit longer, that's fine too). You'll learn the skills of stockmanship, how to treat the birds, how to run the houses and how to manage your own site.

We need staff members who recognise that farming is a lifestyle and not always a 9 to 5 job role, who can be flexible with their working hours and plan their time to ensure the job gets done.
