Epoch Restaurant & Bar at The Exeter Inn is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor. This is a 30hr/wk position that would offer major medical benefits (health/dental/vision insurance).

The Restaurant Supervisor would report to the Hotel GM. Shifts for this position are Wed 3p-10, Fri & Sat 3p-11p, Sun 8a-1p and a few hours of admin work throughout the week.
Job Duties (but are not limited to):
- Lead F&B staff by acting as a liaison to the kitchen and front of house operations.
- Lead expo regularly.
- Visit tables regularly, ensuring guest satisfaction and building connections with local guests.
- When on duty and when MOD/GM is not present, lead by example with positivity and motivation.
- Push staff to be their best and ensure adherence to F&B standards.
- Discuss specials daily with chef, update white board.
- Assist in point of sale system issues and problem solving.
- Maintain counts, 86’s, etc.
- Consistently check in with GM on a regular basis to ensure a high level of communication.
- Responsible for practicing and training for proper timing of food courses.
- Train employees to keep up with company standards and new changes.
- Assist GM with scheduling, filling in shifts, etc. when requested.
- Place liquor orders and assist with inventory.
- Coordinate workflow to ensure a smooth-running operation.
- Monitor employee’s performance and issues, address discipline when necessary, act as witness to coaching and counselling sessions as needed.
- Ensure GM is updated with all associate relations and performance issues.
- Assist team members as needed to promote a positive teamwork environment.
Part Time Benefits Eligible Position: Employee will maintain an average of 30hrs per week and will be eligible for major medical benefits after 60 days of employment.
