We are now seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Driver - Bank at The Hawthorns Braintree in Braintree.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as a driver will be to provide transportation services to residents in a timely and orderly fashion and to assist the home's management team as and when required. Other responsibilities will include:
- Meeting the needs of the residents, transporting them to destinations on time and in a caring and considerate manner.
- Ensuring that the facility coach and car are regularly serviced/taxed/MOT'd, cleaned and refuelled.
- Assisting with lifting or carrying if necessary.
- Assisting the management team by collecting prescriptions and other errands when required.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have:
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- All relevant coach driving qualifications.
- At least two years coach driving experience.
- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
