About the Role
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
- Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
- Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well‑presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
- Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits and finger food and fresh fruit options are accessible and replenished throughout the day in the bistro areas.
- Being aware of residents' dietary requirements.
About You

- Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
- Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
- Have experience of working in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
