We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award‑winning team as a Concierge – Bank at The Hawthorns in Northampton.

About the Role

  • Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long‑lasting first impression of the company while answering incoming calls and greeting visitors, as well as providing high‑quality service to residents.
  • Greeting and directing all visitors, making them feel welcome.
  • Operating the switchboard; handling both external calls and internal calls from the residents, taking and passing on messages.
  • Monitoring the bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
  • Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.

About You

  • To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all that you do.
  • Experience handling telephones and/or in a customer service position.
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to react calmly in emergency situations and be considerate.
