Package Description:

Shift Details: Saturday evening 9.30 pm-7.30 am

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Concierge - Nights at The Hawthorns Braintree in Braintree.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long-lasting first impression of the company while answering incoming calls and greeting visitors as well as providing high-quality service to residents.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome
  • Operating the switchboard; handling both external calls and internal calls from the residents, taking and passing on messages.
  • Monitoring the bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
  • Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.

Our ideal candidate must have:

  • Experience handling telephones and/or in a customer service position
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities
  • Good organisational skills
