Shift Details: Saturday evening 9.30 pm - 7.30 am

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award‑winning team as Concierge – Nights at The Hawthorns Braintree in Braintree.

About the Role

Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long‑lasting first impression of the company while answering incoming calls and greeting visitors as well as providing high‑quality service to residents.

  • Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome
  • Operating the switchboard; handling both external calls and internal calls from the residents, taking and passing on messages.
  • Monitoring the bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
  • Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.

About You

To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all that you do.

  • Experience handling telephones and/or in a customer service position
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to react calmly in emergency situations and be considerate
