A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our clients Guiseley branch. This is a great chance for an established professional looking to progress their career in a supportive and knowledgeable team environment. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters with the full support of a collaborative team and the unique benefits of employee ownership.
About the Role:
- Manage a full caseload of client matters including Wills, LPAs, and Probate
- Handle cases from initial instruction through to completion
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Advise clients and respond to new enquiries
- Support colleagues within the probate department
About You
Essential:
- 35 years PQE or equivalent relevant experience
- Current Practising Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Professional friendly client care
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn quickly
- Organised, methodical, and able to prioritise under pressure
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Experience supporting junior team members
- Previous experience in a multi-site legal practice
