You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering an exceptional experience to clients and agents.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a full caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and legal documents
- Conducting searches and managing Land Registry and SDLT processes
- Providing regular updates and clear advice to clients and agents
- Managing files via a case management system
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently and to deadline
You're a motivated and client-focused solicitor ready to make an impact.
Essential- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- 2+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to run your own caseload confidently
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with new builds, shared ownership or Help to Buy
- Interest in business development
- Experience in a full-service firm
