The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a varied Private Client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, and powers of attorney
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate matters
  • Building strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication and a personalised approach
  • Contributing to business development and the ongoing success of the department

Requirements: What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-6 years PQE
  • Recent Private Client experience gained within a UK law firm
  • Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, tax, and estate planning
  • STEP qualification (or working towards) highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
