The Role: Flexible Legal Secretarial Support
As a Float Secretary, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support across multiple teams within the firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining client and matter files
- Assisting with legal compliance and file management procedures
- Proofreading legal correspondence and documents for accuracy
- Providing secretarial support to fee earners and legal teams as required
- Supporting multiple departments across the firm on a rotational basis
- Ensuring consistent high-quality document production and formatting
