The Opportunity:

  • Location: Tonbridge, Kent (office-based with flexible working options)
  • Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and associated documents
  • Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)
  • Proven background in UK private practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
