The Role
You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering an exceptional experience to clients and agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and legal documents
- Conducting searches and managing Land Registry and SDLT processes
- Providing regular updates and clear advice to clients and agents
- Managing files via a case management system
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently and to deadline
