Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its North West London team.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking for long-term progression.

With the current Head of Department planning to retire within the next 2-3 years, the firm is looking to develop a successful successor from within.

The Role

  • You will manage a varied caseload of enfranchisement matters, including:
  • Collective enfranchisement
  • Lease extensions
  • Freehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Drafting and negotiating notices, deeds, contracts and settlement agreements
  • Liaising with surveyors, managing agents, lenders, counsel and other solicitors

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 5+ years' PQE
  • Strong enfranchisement experience
  • Ideally 5+ years' experience in collective enfranchisement matters
  • Confident managing files independently
  • Strong technical, drafting and client management skills
  • Commercial and collaborative approach
