Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its North West London team.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking for long-term progression.
With the current Head of Department planning to retire within the next 2-3 years, the firm is looking to develop a successful successor from within.
The Role
- You will manage a varied caseload of enfranchisement matters, including:
- Collective enfranchisement
- Lease extensions
- Freehold acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting and negotiating notices, deeds, contracts and settlement agreements
- Liaising with surveyors, managing agents, lenders, counsel and other solicitors
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 5+ years' PQE
- Strong enfranchisement experience
- Ideally 5+ years' experience in collective enfranchisement matters
- Confident managing files independently
- Strong technical, drafting and client management skills
- Commercial and collaborative approach
