The Role
- Managing comprehensive Wills and Probate matters from instruction to completion
- Handling complex Estate Administration cases with meticulous attention to detail
- Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney documentation
- Administering Trust matters and providing strategic tax planning advice
- Completing Trust Administration and Tax Returns with technical precision
- Conducting client meetings and providing clear accessible legal guidance
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and referrers
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Contributing to business development and networking activities
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting department growth
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 4 years PQE in Private Client work
- Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of all Wills and Probate matters
- Strong experience and knowledge of Trust Administration
- Expert drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and client care abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational and presentation skills
- Ability to work methodically and accurately under pressure
