If you’re a post-completion specialist who wants more than “business as usual”, this is a rare opportunity to build something properly. Our client is creating a dedicated Post Completion function within its Real Estate division, and they need someone who can take ownership, set standards, and lead the service forward. Our client is a national UK law firm with an excellent reputation and client base. They are modern and forward-thinking in their approach to work, with a genuine focus on quality, efficiency, and flexible ways of working. This is a newly created role where you will lead and develop a specialist Post Completion Team supporting Real Estate matters. You’ll combine operational oversight with process improvement, helping to create a scalable, consistent service that supports both lawyers and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building, leading and developing a high-performing Post Completion Team
  • Managing post-completion services across a broad range of Real Estate matters
  • Establishing best-practice processes, service standards and quality controls
  • Working closely with Partners, legal teams and business support colleagues
  • Driving continuous improvement, efficiency and the effective use of technology

What We’re Looking For:

  • Significant experience of Real Estate post-completion processes within a law firm
  • Strong understanding of HM Land Registry requirements, registers and property registration
  • Knowledge of SDLT and post-completion compliance requirements
  • Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven transactional workloads
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Team leadership experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Open to applications from established Team Leaders, Senior Paralegals, and senior post-completion professionals stepping into their first management role
